You should not have to chase a new account for paperwork. Ask once and you get the whole set:
- Completed W-9 and federal EIN
- D-U-N-S number for credit lookup
- Certificate of insurance naming your entity as additional insured
- State resale certificate
- Trade references with payment history
- Bank reference
- Written compliance policy and pre-listing procedure
- Current line sheet and category depth
- Signed MAP agreement, if you require one
What we ask from you
Your dealer policy in writing, including any channel restrictions, your MAP schedule, minimum order requirements, and available product assets. If your policy excludes marketplace distribution, say so up front and we will not waste your time or ours.
